Ultraviolet light stabilizer CO-PLAS UV РЕ
UV stabilizers CO-PLAS are designed to protect the polymer from the effects of UV radiation, photodegradation (photodegradation is the combined effect of light and oxygen on the polymer product). Thanks to the use of UV stabilizers, polymers do not decompose under the influence of UV radiation, and also acquire resistance to the action of various chemicals, acid rain, etc.
The use of UV stabilizers concentrates allows to obtain products with high resistance to UV radiation and significantly increase their service life. In addition, the use of FSS prevents color loss, turbidity, loss of mechanical properties and the formation of cracks in the finished product.
THE ADVANTAGES OF USING UV STABILIZERS, CO-PLAS:
Prevents destruction by UV radiation in the presence of oxygen;
The active agent is capable of recovery, hence the stabilizer has a high efficiency;
Competes with oxygen for free radical;
Active in all areas of the polymer, including the surface;
Reduces degradation by slowing chain propagation and branching;
Works as an efficient heat stabiliser at temperatures up to 120 °C;
