SUPPLEMENT STRUCTURANT CO-PLAS FORM PP
Concentrate of structure-forming agent for polyolefins (polyethylene, polypropylene). It is used to improve the technological properties of polyolefins in the processing and operational properties of finished products.
Applications: injection molding, thermoforming, extrusion, in the production of thin-wall and large-size products.
The use of the additive results in:
To increase the temperature of crystallization of polypropylene from 105C to 127C. Due to this, it is possible to increase the productivity of the process.
Shrinkage in the product is reduced and becomes isotropic, which leads to the elimination of ships in the product, reducing the cycle time of the product formation, increases the modulus of elasticity.
Due to the ordering of the polymer structure, the transparency of products is improved.
When the polymer is stained with pigment masterbatches, a number of technological problems may arise: poor staining, deformation of the product. The additive eliminates all the consequences and ensures uniform coloring and no deformation of the finished product.
Perfect balance stiffness / shock. The rigidity of the finished product is increased by 25%, while the impact characteristics remain unchanged. (Charpy impact strength on samples b / n= 2,1 KJ/ m2, the modulus of elasticity at the bend of 1400 MPa (at the usual PP= 1200mpa))
