ANTIBLOCK CO-PLAS BL
The main application area of the anti-blocking additive is the film manufacturing process. Under the actual process of blocking means sticking films in packaging bags, rolls when reaching a certain threshold value of heat and pressure. The active ingredient in this additive is a synthetic silicon dioxide corresponding to granulometry.
The content of the active substance-synthetic silicon dioxide-10% mass. This component protrudes on the surface of the film, mechanically pushes the layers of the film in the roll and the product (package). In this case, the particle size of the anti-glare additive is commensurate or less than the wavelength of the visible light, which leads to the preservation of the relative transparency of the packaging material.
