Calcium carbonate masterbatches , compounds and mineral-filled concentrates CO-PLUS

CO-PLAS calcium carbonate masterbatches is a high-tech composite based on soft precipitated calcium carbonate of high purity. The particle size of the additive is not more than 0.7-0.8 µr. Surface treatment of concentrate is made by special technology, a complex of modern surface-active substances, stabilizers, dispersants.Polymers manufactured by Daelim Corp. were used as a carrier. The composition of the composite also introduced a complex of patented innovative additives, providing improvement of a number of indicators. The additive contains Calcium Carbonate, unique in nature and processing. Its use in the composition allows to achieve an unsurpassed level of dispersibility in the polymer matrix and to obtain improved properties of the final products.
